Wayne Duvenage, Chief Executive Officer of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA),

The talk will be on the lines of OUTA’s journey, its close calls with near closure and other challenges that required surmounting to achieve its broader mandate and the road it is currently on.  The talks will also provide a high level exposure of the modus operandi of state capture with SOE’s.

Speaker, writer, civil interventionist, coach and driver of customer centric processes and accountable leadership.

Inspiring leadership, requires an intolerance for mediocrity and holding those accountable for conduct that hinders or detracts growth and success.

Leadership excellence is about going beyond the boundaries of one's own business system or circle of influence. "Business for profit as usual" strategies are unsustainable.

Organisational leadership and ultimate success means turning intelligent thinking into intelligent action, thereby being relevant and exceeding the expectations of one's customers and supporters.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA), I believe it is every citizens right and duty to challenge the state and its various entities on irrational policy and unacceptable conduct by those in authority who misuse our country's taxes.

As a past President of the SA Vehicle Renting and Leasing Association and Board Member of the Tourism Business Council of SA, I believe that participation in matters that influence industry accountability to society is important.

BRAND LEADERSHIP: As a past Chief Executive of Avis Rent a Car (2007 to 2012), I believed in the incorporation of environmental and social matters plus a meaningful service excellence culture into everyday business conduct. Profits come from these two qualities entrenched into the culture of every brand. Accordingly, Avis won numerous awards: Sunday Times best car rental brand for over a decade. SA Service Award Winner. South Africa’s first Carbon Neutral company. Winner of Climate Change Leadership Award (CCLA).
